Spring is clearly offering her early display of blue skies, warmer temperatures, and longer sunny days. This can be a time when rising optimism brightens moods. Despite external influences, such as environmental and political disharmony, which dominate the news and our awareness, Nature reminds us to keep our perspective. Winter will still lead into Spring and Spring will reliably awaken the daffodils into blossom. This time of transition can inspire one to recognize what remains reliably consistent in times of upheaval.
Here are two opportunities you may choose to accompany you into Spring. The first is a Half-Day Silent Retreat. My daughter Camina and I will be offering our 6th annual event at Open Sky Retreat Center in Sebastopol. Sunday April 19, 9am-1pm. Register here!
The second opportunity is a free evening presentation through Hospice Wednesdays to learn how flower essences can support one in times of transition. Flower essences can bring our unchangeable essence to the surface of our awareness. They are safe, natural and non-toxic.
My upcoming free presentations are:
Weds March 11 - 5:30-7:30pm
Hospice of Petaluma
416 Payran St., Petaluma CA
Weds March 18 - 5:30-7:30pm
